I see that you are interested in knowing who I am, and I am super excited to share a bit about myself too (stepping out of my shell)!

So, this is me….

I am a beautiful, passionate and young lady.

But this is not all…

All my years (the sensible ones), I lived by the motto “I am destined for greatness” and I have been experiencing this self-fulfilling prophecy every day.

I am a medical doctor with a very young and fresh career. I graduated medical school a few years ago.

But never mind that!… I have been in the game for a very long time – since I was 12 years old!

I have years’ worth of memorabilia and collectibles of my prime (too early) interest in Ob&Gyn.

They remind me every day of the source of my goals and add fuel to my engine to keep at the game.

I have always been bubbling with a passion for Obstetrics & Gynaecology. 

I am absolutely mesmerized and excited about pregnancy and childbirth and all things sexy.

I love the practice of gynaecology and helping all women attain maximum sexual health in their fertility and sexuality.

Hence, I subscribe to the principle that…

“Her knowledge is Her power”

… a saying I coined as I thought about why I really needed to launch this blog.

I believe firmly in good spiritual and emotional health for the maximum enjoyment and pleasure in reproductive and post-menopausal years.

I trust that you will enjoy reading the content I provide. Be enlightened and empowered to make the best choices for your body.

If you must know…

I am a lover of the creative arts, music, language, cuisine and outdoor adventures.

I do some art myself too… but not as often as I know I can. This is one of the areas I will explore in the future, so watch out for that!

I love to sing…

I do on-stage performances but I love to be off-stage when I can have a deeper, personal experience with the music.

I LOVE beaches!… It is my favourite place!

After all, my tiny island Jamaica is surrounded with some of the best beaches in the world! I think the Creator made the perfect choice when he sent me there….

P.S. you should come to get some of the goodies Jamaica has to offer too!

There is a lot more to my full life, but I don’t want to go overboard right now.
