Hey ladies ❤️

Now that we’ve spoken about what PCOS (newly termed PMOS) is and how doctors diagnose it… let’s talk about something even more important: How women can actually improve and manage PCOS naturally?

One thing I always want women to understand is:
*PCOS is not a life sentence.*

Natural Treatment reduces the symptoms of PCOS

Many women see major improvement in:
• periods
• fertility
• weight
• acne
• energy levels
• insulin resistance
• and overall health

…when they begin making consistent lifestyle changes ❤️

Food & Nutrition is the start to treating PCOS

Your nutrition is one of the biggest keys in PCOS management in improving insulin resistance.

This usually means reducing:
• excess sugar
• sugary drinks
• highly processed foods
• excessive fast food
• excess refined carbohydrates

And focusing more on:
• vegetables
• fruits in moderation
• high-fibre foods
• lean proteins
• healthy fats
• lots of water

Essentially, the key is to have a whole-food diet.

Many women also benefit from eating more balanced meals instead of frequent snacking and heavy late-night eating.

Exercise and Weight Loss to Treat PCOS

Movement is powerful in reducing insulin resistance and inherently PCOS symptoms.

Even simple things like:
• walking
• gym workouts
• dancing
• swimming
• strength training
• home workouts

…can improve insulin sensitivity, hormones, mood, and weight management.

And no — you do not have to “kill yourself” in the gym to start seeing improvement 🤍

How can sleep & stress management help PCOS?

Poor sleep and chronic stress can worsen the hormone imbalance and insulin resistance associated with PCOS.

So please don’t underestimate the power of:
• proper sleep
• rest
• stress reduction
• emotional wellbeing
• protecting your peace

Your hormones respond to all of these things too ❤️

Best Supplements for PCOS

Some women may benefit from supplements that have been studied and found to have positive effects in PCOS management, such as:
• Inositol (especially myo-inositol)
• Vitamin D
• Omega-3
• Magnesium
• Zinc
• Berberine

These may help improve insulin resistance, ovulation, and metabolic health in some women.

Herbal & Holistic Treatment for PCOS

There is also growing interest and research into certain herbal and holistic approaches in women’s health.

Some women explore:
• spearmint tea
• cinnamon
• turmeric
• ginger
• green tea

These are being studied for possible benefits in reducing inflammation, insulin resistance, or androgen symptoms.

However, I always encourage women to be careful when using herbal remedies online.

“Natural” does not always mean safe for everybody.
Some herbs can interfere with medications, affect the liver, or even worsen certain medical conditions.

So please speak with a qualified healthcare professional before starting supplements or herbal treatments regularly.

You and PCOS

Please remember that every woman’s PCOS journey is different.
Some women need mainly lifestyle support.
Others may also need medications or fertility treatment depending on their symptoms and goals.

There is no shame in needing help.
And there is absolutely hope ❤️

I truly believe that when women better understand their bodies, they make more empowered and healthier decisions for themselves.

Wishing you the very best of health 🤍
